ROAST AUTUMN VEGETABLES WITH WALNUT MISO SAUCE
Here is a lovely recipe for autumn vegetables with walnuts. I think walnuts are the essence of autumn. A perfectly fresh, ripe walnut is such a beautiful gift from nature, so only use the best and very freshest of walnuts.
POTATOES WITH SPINACH AND POMEGRANATE
This is a recipe to use when it's too hot and boiling a pot of potatoes is the most you can manage. Great with cold roast chicken!
GREEK COURGETTE, POLENTA, FETA CHEESE AND DILL PIE
From the wonderful Diana Henry, this dish is much like a frittata but so much better. And it uses up 1kg of courgettes. Serve with salad and French bread.

This recipe originally comes from Nigel Slater but I have modified it to combine my favourite ingredients and my preferred cooking method. It works well with any BBQed meat or fish and the results are inversely related to the amount of effort required. Always a winner with me!
