Waiporoporo

Waiporoporo Maori seed potatoes have a light purple mottled skin and a smooth creamy flesh. This is a medium sized, very firm potato that is excellent for boiling, salads, chips and roasting. Maturity approx 110 days. The flavour is very rich and buttery.
