SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WITH CHORIZO

This month's recipe is great for a quick supper when you can’t really be bothered cooking too much. Alternatively, you could add a couple of fried eggs and turn it into a great brunch option especially for this Sunday's All Black World Cup game. It's an Indian dish so its packed full of flavour.

COCONUT BREAD
This month’s recipe is an old favourite of mine that is curiously addictive. I don’t make it often because I can’t stop at just 2 slices. It’s perfect for a Sunday morning tea or late afternoon tea. Best served with something sharp like lime curd or even marmalade.
